Grilled Chicken Thighs

When the flavor of the chicken is SO good, there's no need to complicate it with much else!
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs
- Frank's Hot Sauce + Butter (4:1 ratio)
Directions
- Heat grill to 500°. Put as many unseasoned thighs on the grill as you'd like, then drop the temperature to 450° right away.
- After 15 min, drop the temperature to 350°for 15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°-180°, turning every 5 minutes or so.
- Sauce: in a small bowl, mix together Frank’s Hot Sauce and melted butter, using a ratio of 4 parts hot sauce to 1 part butter. Adjust ratio to taste ~ 4:1 makes it quite spicy.
- Once thighs are on serving platter, smother sauce over thighs. Or, use the mixture as a dipping sauce! Either way, you'll be wowed by the flavor of the chicken complimented by the sauce!
