CDF Chicken Drummies

If you typically don’t care for drumsticks, our pasture raised "Drummies" are a totally different drumstick experience ~ very meaty, not all connective tissue or bone. It's easy to double or triple this recipe!
Ingredients
- CDF Chicken Drummies
- Frank's Hot Sauce and melted butter (4:1 ratio)
- OR your favorite prepared hot sauce
Directions
- Set grill to 400°.
- Optional: Lightly sprinkle drummies ahead of grilling with dashes of paprika, chili powder, cayenne.
- Place drummies on rack and grill for 35-45 minutes, turning every 5 or 6 min. Skin should be crispy and meat should easily separate from the bones. Place cooked drummies in bowl, add sauce and toss drummies around until well coated.
- Sauce: Mix Frank’s Hot Sauce with a little melted butter. Suggested ratio of 4:1 (Frank’s : melted butter)
