Mary's Favorite Lamb Burgers

These burgers are all about letting the meat speak for itself. Our 100% grassfed ground lamb brings a naturally rich, clean flavor with a subtle sweetness that makes grassfed lamb so distinctive.
Ingredients
- (1 or 2) Ground Lamb
- Salt & pepper
- Optional seasonings: rosemary, thyme, mint, oregano, parsley, etc.
Directions
1 - Form the lamb into 4 loose patties. Season lightly with salt and pepper just before cooking.
2 - Cook in a hot skillet with a splash of olive oil or on the grill over medium-high heat for about 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until cooked to your liking. Let rest for a few minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
We typically double the amount.
