CDF Cha Cha Chorizo Chip Dippin’ Dip

These farm favorite recipes are easy to double or triple!
Ingredients
- (1 lb) Chorizo Sausage Bulk
- (½) large onion, chopped
- (1 can) diced tomatoes with green chilies (14.5 oz)
- (1 can) black refried beans (15.5 oz)
- (⅓ cup or to taste) fresh chopped cilantro
- (to taste) shredded Mexican cheese
Directions
- Brown chorizo.
- Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in tomatoes and beans.
- Heat to serving temperature.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with cilantro and shredded cheese.
- Serve warm with blue corn chips.
